Delivery and Collection Information
All turbochargers, unless otherwise specified, are provided on an exchange basis. The shipping fee includes the collection of your old turbocharger within two weeks.
To schedule a collection, simply call us at 01376-503350, and a member of our team will assist you.
Our delivery and collection services are available throughout mainland UK. Additional charges may apply for locations outside mainland UK.
Warranty
Our turbochargers come with a standard 1-year warranty that includes unlimited mileage, though certain exceptions may apply depending on the turbocharger model. This warranty specifically covers defects in workmanship and materials related to the build quality of the turbocharger. For more information please see our terms and conditions.
Returns and Refunds
If you decide to return your turbocharger, whether due to an incorrect fault diagnosis or any other reason, you can do so within 14 days of receiving it. To qualify for a refund, the turbocharger must be unused, not fitted to a vehicle, and free from any damage. Please note that any carriage costs incurred will not be refunded.
